It also has developed tools such as the Chemours Refrigerants Expert Tool and the Chemours Pressure Temperature Calculator mobile app to ensure the safe and effective use of its refrigerant products. Users also can contact Chemours to receive technical support or have their questions answered.

In North America, Chemours has created a technical training support center to support technicians working in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) service sector. This center specializes in training for residential air conditioning service, and commercial and industrial refrigeration service. The center, while based in Indianapolis, will also offer virtual courses to help prepare for EPA and NATE certification.
